Neil is the founder and Director of Darroch Valuations. He specialises in tourism and leisure, corporate investment and infrastructural valuations in New Zealand. Neil is also a land specialist and Valuer in non-conventional property markets including cusomary land tenure matters, land resource development and utilisation, and land policy particularly in the Pacific Islands.
Neil has extensive valuation experience in both the public and private sectors. He has been commissioned to undertake international assignments by clients such as the Asian Development Bank, AusAID, and the Nuclear Claims Tribunal.

Peter is a member of the Society of Property Researchers (UK) and Pacific Rim Real Estate Society.
Peter has extensive experience in undertaking market analysis and commentary of key property sectors throughout New Zealand. He heads our Research Division and has specialist knowledge of databases, administrative systems, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and financial modelling.

Having an extensive career across most aspects of the real property spectrum, Herbert currently provides valuations and related advice primarily on industrial and commercial real estate at all levels. He has been an arbitrator and expert witness many times.
Formerly a partner of his own firm. Herbert has significant experience completing valuation contracts for a host of clients. He has undertaken a wide range of valuations and consultancy duties.

Prior to joining Darroch Valuations in 2007, previous employment included working for the Housing Corporation and private practice in both Wellington and Auckland. Since the 1980s, Cole has undertaken a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential assignments. Currently his focus is on residential valuations and insurance work within the established residential sectors of Auckland.

An extremely capable valuer with excellent spreadsheet skills, William has been involved in delivering contracts to both the public and private sectors. clients including New Zealand Fire Service, Local Authorities, and Housing New Zealand.
William also speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay. He is an experienced Registered Valuer who has worked since 2000 for property firms in New Zealand and Singapore. William has valued a diverse range of urban property in most parts of Auckland.

Not long after completing a Computer Science Degree from the University of Canterbury, Eri's interest in property prompted her into a one-year career selling real estate. Eri can speak fluent Japanese and is currently studying Chinese.
