Kerry has 30 years of valuation experience in both the public and private sector. He has been commissioned to undertake international assignments by clients such as the United Nations, the World Bank, and New Zealand Aid. Kerry has considerable technical knowledge of asset valuations for financial reporting purposes and of the relevant standards and has undertaken many financial and insurance valuation projects for central government, local government and other organisations throughout New Zealand. Many of these clients had nationwide portfolios. Kerry works extensively throughout the South Pacific region and is also registered as a valuer in Fiji.

Vanesa is Darroch Corporate Advisory's senior project manager and in this role has coordinated and led many large asset valuation and condition survey projects for local and central government bodies. Vanesa's experience has covered mainly urban fields which include residential and investment properties as well as specialised property and she has been involved in project managing and completing a significant number of asset valuations throughout New Zealand and in Fiji.

Jeremy is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and of the Property Institute of New Zealand. Jeremy has considerable technical expertise in carrying out valuations of a wide range of public sector property including social housing, schools, parks, offices and investment property for financial reporting, insurance, compensation and development appraisal purposes. He has experience in asset management planning and condition audit surveys.

Over the past two years, Angela has been involved in assisting and completing a significant number of asset valuations throughout New Zealand for a variety of different property types.
Angela has overseen and helped coordinate numerous large national jobs in a variety of valuation sectors.
Angela�s experience has covered mainly urban fields which include rental properties, residential properties, investment properties as well as specialised property. Angela has a considerable knowledge of the requirements for the New Zealand International Financial Reporting Standards (NZIFRS), and in particular NZIAS 16 and 40.

Sally has completed a variety of valuation projects since joining the company in 2005. Valuations have been completed for NZIAS 16 Financial Reporting purposes, insurance valuations and rental valuations for residential, commercial and government owned properties throughout New Zealand. Sally has also assisted with the preparation of asset management plans and reports for local government.
